Fellow traders i need urgent help, is it fair for Coinbase to have me locked out of my account, ignoring the email ticket but replying only in DM on twitter and keeping me waiting already for 11 days now because of my 2fa problem of me trying to submit my new cell number & thats all.

You should stop using different contacts with any company you're dealing with. It's always best to only use one email and/or support channel. I know of some friends who also had to wait ages for Coinbase replying to their messages. But they'll definitely reply if you don't "spam" them with all your little problems. You need to be veery patient with Coinbase (as it seems their support team is still not big enough for the number of clients they're already dealing with every single day).

I think this is somewhere along the lines of correct. Due to the size I could imagine real issues like this get lost in support chain with so many clients asking questions

why would the size be small if this is the heavy weight class of boxing, this is a Billion dollar company

The definition of Insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results.
The definition of Naive is not expecting much from someone that holds your money.

being a Billion dollar company; they shouldn't be short staff & their sole purpose as a company is to be responsible with peoples money. Its like cutting lack to the engineers that create air bags, it doesn't matter if I brought a Honda civic "example for my case being smaller than others", its their sole purpose to be on top of all air bags. The things in life that you don't mess with is peoples lives, family and money; if you cut lack on these categories, your just a Naive person.

no offense to anyone and not calling anyone naive directly or indirectly
I'm just being proactive; in a company I entrusted the use of the purchasing of financial assets and is our bank account as traders.

If a company owes you money and won't pay, it's not the amount of money taken or the amount of money the company processes that matters

Someone who steals $100 and someone who steals $1,000,000 are both covered under the same word - thief.

If a company has 10,001 customers and won't pay money legitimately owed to 1 of them, the claim of "We have 10,000 happy clients who never had a problem." does not mean there is no problem. Otherwise, any accused murderer could claim innocence by pointing out that there are dozens of living people inside the courtroom that he obviously didn't kill. Instead, the company needs to step up and fix the problem the client is having.

BTW - you might want to submit a review here - www.forexpeacearmy.com/forex-reviews/14379/coinbase

@marco_mmbiz Just like I already stated in the beginning of this discussion of why/how I'm using coninbase you should go read that before going and finding the terms of service and making assumptions that I misused coinbase. None of us probably read their terms of service, but being an adult I have a common sense terms of service to assume that if I do something bad, well I get treated bad. That is why you can get life in prison 18+ age. Especially since actions using coinbase have a nice relationship with the law and the IRS. I'm able to write how I write because I know I have not done nothing wrong and I'm bringing attention to my case by just being proactive; in a company I entrusted the use of the purchasing of financial assets and is our bank account as traders. Which is also a Billion dollar company!

And actually people are dying currently because of financial stress and psychological stress, and look for how long Coinbase has not responded to their clients including me. This is not a store gone bad by not helping their clients. When a store like bestbuy doesn't respond it doesn't cost lives, but imagine if your bank withheld your money that costs lives; Especially in a pandemic which they can work from home.
When you hurt people financially it costs lives. So whos doing the criminal activity.

The definition of Insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results.
The definition of Naive is not expecting much from someone that holds your money.

sincerely
