It's not possible to help to everyone because of a few reasons:
1. Some of the victims are lossing too small amounts, so it would not be worth for them to take such matter to court.

2. Some of the victims cannot even afford legal representation (law firm) because they lost too much.

3. In some of the cases you cannot find who stolen the funds. Usually it's clear after just few hours of learning/reviewing the case.

4. There are victims that are choosing the wrong way how to recover their funds, putting themselves in more trouble and waste of time, later on they are giving up or thinking that somebody will agree to pay behalf of their name for their mistakes.

5. There are victims who believe that they should not pay upfront for a lawyer or investigation, thinking that somebody will agree to take their case without payment. In reality the law firms don't care if a victim will hire them or not as they have enough work (besides fraud cases). The investigation compoines need the upfront payment for obtaining info. As there are a lof of victims, there is no law firm or investigation company that is taking cases "pro bono".

6. Joining a class action, the scammer will prefer to refund one person instead of a group of people.

Because of that we are reviewing cases, before offering something.

In order not be scammed online a person should not be lazy and ask the regulatory body in his country about the company he wish to invest/trade with. This is relevant for trading and investing in forex and crypto.
