Complaint Against ACFX against Pending Withdrawal.

Hello guys

Cysec rejected my complaint. Briefly they are sure that i'am introducing broker and make desicion not to recover my money back... Cysec regulation is nothing really. I got full document of this. So i don't know how to receive my money. Acfx was a member ICF which must compensate funds max 20.000 eur if the broker gone. 3 years past and i still got nothing.

Did you contact the Cysec? If yes then what reply you have received from them?

I contacted them first and they redirected me to financial ombudsman. Two years past they make decision that i'am IB (can't understand how because i'am just a basic trader) and my complaint don't meet their jurisdiction.
I can attach document here with all information if you want.
