Make pressure on them by contacting xForex as well, also notify CySec that they are refusing to give you the code. If you have a written proof then it's even better and better

I'm not the victim, so they have no reason to listen tome.

Email a complaint about Opteck not provig the unique ID code to both Cysec and the Cyprus Financial Ombudsman.

Separately, email Opteck again. Remind them of how many times you've asked for the unique ID code and ask when you can expect it. CC that message to both Cysec and the Cyprus Financial Ombudsman.
