    Problem is for reporting an issue with a company. Please don't just scream "CompanyX is a scam!" It is much more useful to say "I can't withdraw my money from Company X" or "Company Y is not honoring their refund guarantee" in the subject line.
    Keep Problem discussions civil and lay out the facts of your case. Your goal should be to get your problem resolved or reported to the regulators, not to see how many insults you can put into the thread.

Problem Connextfx is dishonest and randomly charges swap

Hi,

It is about a (dishonest) broker global.connextfx.com/

They offer swap free accounts. Given my strategy to hold for a long time on gold and also being a muslim I enjoyed the offer from connextfx. Before I started trading I confirmed with the live agent and the back office via mail, I understood fully the trading conditions. I mentioned several times I hold positions for a long time in a direction. They gave me green light.

After two months of very successful trading they told me they considered my trading as abusive and retroactively charged me swaps. Even though before I started trading they told me it is fine and no problem. In total they deducted 6000$ from my account without any reason. Additionally I am still awaiting a response from them as they have not given me any clarification as how they came up with this figure

Because the company is ignoring you and not providing a proper explanation for what happened, it can be considered fraud. Most brokers reveal their true colors when a trader starts making a profit
