Constant Range Bars -- Cleaner signals for EURUSD

This shows the primary weakness of time based bars. During periods of violent movement, moving averages become overweighted. Then during periods of little movement, the moving averages get skewed sideways, introducing artificial lag when the real move happens.

This happens to all indicators, not just moving averages.
