ContinueFX (continuefx.com) do not withdraw funds

2018-10-19 I made a request for a withdrawal by bank transfer, $1000. I have not received my money by now. The broker promised several times that I would receive it, but I cannot even get a document about the swift transaction from them.

I had the same issue with ContinueFX. I placed withdrawl at 22.10 and still didnt get anything. No replies on my emails, their phone doesnt work.

It's a lie. I have repeatedly contacted my bank. Funds in my bank did not come from you. I have been waiting for a document confirming a swift transaction from you for two weeks and you cannot provide it to me.

@Contnuefx support,
When a wire transfer is sent, there is a record from the bank (usually SWIFT transfer details) that shows the date/time transfer was sent, then amount, and how the fee is paid.

That is of course, if you actually sent it.

Today I received a message from them and they blocked my account. See attachment. If during the day the question is not solved, I will open the Traders Court.

Dear Rep, Can you explain the reason why his account got blocked? And what is the current update on withdrawals?
