CT Option / CTOption - Not Processing Wire Transfer Withdrawal

I sent a wire transfer of $500 to open an account with CT Option from the recommendation of an online trader that was going to trade for me - met via Facebook. After I opened my account with CT Option - that person blocked me and since then I have been trying to get my funds back. I had used the online trader's link - possibly the online trader got a bonus from me funding the account.

I have sent several emails to George and Melani - it's been over a week. The first withdrawal request was deleted. I had to do a second request. I sent identification docs already and provided my wire transfer details.

I then started a chat to find out the status of my wire transfer because no one had contacted me or sent me a wire transfer receipt. The first chat Mark closed. Then he finally chatted with me the second time.

I just want my money back and to close this account and never deal with these guys again.

there is the deposit of $500
WIth $250 you have to trade on your own or you can use auto trade which have winning rate of 65% also you can try replicator where you can copy trades of trader you follow. If you deposit $1000 you can have trial account for replicator pro where our broker will trade for you , it have winning rate of 75 to 85 %

We have to follow AML (Anti Money Laundering) laws. So if you do wish to get money back and close your account, then it has to go through withdrawal procedure. Like any other online trading company, we ask you to deposit relevant documents.

Withdrawal requests are normally processed within 2-5 business days. The time it takes after that depends on the withdrawal method being used which are beyond our control.
Credit/Debit Cards: usually processed within 2 working days, and take on average 2-3 business days for the money to show at your card or bank account
Wire Transder: usually processed within 2 working days, and take on average 5 business days for the money to show at your bank account.
MoneyBookers: usually processed within 2 working days, and takes about one hour to reach you account.
Other Methods: usually processed within 2 working days, and the time to reach your account varies and depends on the specific method.
as Withdrawal requests are handled according to our risk department's procedures, meant to protect our clients funds. It usually takes about 3-4 days to pay out, depending on your account type and the withdrawal method.
 
Asking someone to "manage" your trades at a binary company is like asking someone to pick red or black for you at a roulette table at a casino, but with 2 differences. First, the casino gives a better rate of return. Second, win or lose, the casino will let you cash in your chips at any time.

1. No matter what they promise you, never put another cent with any binary options company.
2. Ask your bank about how to file a criminal complaint for wire fraud.
3. Invite CT Option to come here and explain where your money is. Email them the link to this thread.
 
Since writing this thread - I have contacted George West and Melani Rose several times regarding the money they were supposed to wire transfer to me.

They told me the money had been sent but I have not received it - after 2 weeks of waiting.

I attached the email Melani sent me "confirming" the wire - also see they took at least $100 out of my funds they are "sending" even though I did not trade with them once.

They have not recently contacted me regarding the status of my wire transfer.

I've contacted George multiple times - he said he contacted the finance department but NOTHING has happened. You guys are really going to steal my money? I have waited months for my wire and NOTHING has happened.
