    Hello To All
    Been backtesting the USD/JPY.
    Here is the problem.
    If......Bought 1 lot @ 116.85
    Bought 1 lot @ 117.70
    Bought 1 lot @ 118.55
    Bought 1 lot @ 119.40
    Then ..Sold 4 lots @ 120.29

    Adding all differnces ...120.29 - 116.85 = 344
    120.29 - 117.70 = 259
    120.29 - 118.55 = 174
    120.29 - 119.40 = 89
    866 pips USD/JPY
    What is the USD value?
    Thank you for reading.

You have to do each transaction separately. On each line item, use the execution price to convert back to dollars.
