Daily technical & fundamental analysis for multi-forex pairs

GBP/USD analysis | Feb 4, 2020
This buy trade of GBP/USD is also a trade of Range Trading Style just like last few trades of GBP/USD & GBP/JPY. This time, we are trading only GBP/USD not GBP/JPY in long side because JPY has corrected against its recent gain and may resume strengthening any time soon; so we will rather look for short/selling opportunity in GBP/JPY later.

Here is what we have seen and how we have entered long/buy in GBP/USD:

This trade was closed today almost at Break Even Point (BE point) with +1.0 pips as SL was already moved to the price 1.0 pip better than BE.

Note: if ISM Non-Manufacturing PMI from USA will come less than forecast today, we'll close sell of GBP/USD at break even point and will enter sell in GBP/JPY with target of same amount of pips.

If ISM Non-Manufacturing PMI from USA will come less than forecast but not less by a deviation of more than 0.5; we will keep both trades, sell in GBP/USD and GBP/JPY.

Moved SL to BE ahead of US ISM Non-Manufacturing PMI.

ISM Non-Manufacturing PMI from USA came 0.5 better than forecast with a revision of 0.1 less in previous, thus overall deviation is +0.4. Therefore, no trade in GBP/JPY and holding onto sell of GBP/USD.

NFP came significantly positive, as well revision in previous release is positive. But unemployment rate increased by 0.1% which is a negative data. Let's see how markets react to this conflict of data. SITTING ON HANDS. :)

Analysis of EUR/USD & USD/JPY after NFP by Keon Consultancy
Following our plan of trading Non-farm Payroll, we entered buy in EUR/USD and sell in USD/JPY. We skipped trading AUD having seen its weakness. We waited till opening of US stock market today for more confirmation by price action because positive US NFP had conflicted with negative US Unemployment Rate. Then we entered our positions. Screenshots posted below shows our exit, entry points and technical analysis.

USD/CAD analysis | Feb 7, 2020

Having seen conflict between US NFP & US Unemployment rate today and positive Employment Change as well as better Unemployment Rate from Canada, we entered sell in USD/CAD. Here is what we see as per technical analysis. The screenshot displays entry and exit points too:
