Hi Paul,

Well at least you got the paypal refund, that's good, I know someone else who also was able to get some money back from paypal when he bailed out, but not everyone.

I did not get the mail from the CFTC, it is probably because they already have all my info, I have spoken with them several times about Mr. Wall so I am sure they already have everything they need from me, now they just need to go get Danny boy.....Thank You though for the info.

This dude Danny Wall just stole 1k of my money, was supposed to return in three weeks, he stalled me for three weeks then totally quit responding to communications including my last stating if he did not respond he was acknowledging that he was scamming me. DO NOT SEND HIM ANY MONEY!!!! I have found out lots of info on the dude and will post later, just wanted to get this up ASAP to hopefully stop anyone thinking about it, he is trying to fish for more money right now so WATCH OUT!!!!

As of April 2018 Danny is living in Las Vegas scamming people on Youtube under the names WOOHIYE and MELISSA LEONE. Search these names and feel free to comment on the site. He is bad news.

DW did stoll me 100k guys in 2010-2011... I've recently searched for all his records with "truthfinder" in USA and found a lot of information. I did tried to get justice first with CFTC (Mr Elkan) and also Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies (Mr Joseph J Burtness and Miss Rhea Babcock). Well I don't understand how this guy is still free. I know he has money to refund what he has stollen because he own a lot of properties. I wouldn't give up but I don't know how I can get more help. For those interested to get all documents I got, don't hesitate to send me an email.
