Hello Fellows,

A trading demo account is a type of account offered by trading platforms, which is funded with dummy money that enables a prospective customer to experiment with the trading platform and its various features, before deciding to set up a real account funded with the customers actual money.

You just shared the definition of demo account bro :)

I have tried a couple of times but have many many confusions lets talk about the problems new traders trying to trade with Demo account face in begining :)

A popular problem is the difference in processing orders on demo accounts and real accounts with some brokers. For practical training better to use cent accounts.

First, the difficulty is to understand how to use the trading terminal and see the setting, analysis, and other tools. This is easy to invest time in the demo and know about all these. Demo trading is best for learning purpose. It is not 100% true as live trading but you can get much ideas how the things work.

Demo is a perfect thing to practice and master your skills. But never forget that demo is just a game and your mind perceive it like a game. You almost never come nervous when playing a game, aren't you? The same thing happens to you when trading demo. So as far, as you learn trading basics it's better to move up to real trading.

Yes, it looks like a game when traders place orders on demo accounts. They are less in planning. Even then too we can not say the demo is useless. I find it very effective to learn many things. Traders can manage many things as their nervousness, mistakes and failures on demo trading, the end result will be good when they will go towards live trading.

Demo's are a must for newbies and they should stay there until making regular profits.
