So there was a class action against CITrades (and Jason Scharf)? And was it settled or still in process? There is a few differn't class actions on this site being talked a bought (past, on going, and just starting). So I'm not 100% sure, it is the first time I came across this information and I have been following CITrades for year's.

Most likely still missing criminal evidence, for class actions, but now having even FBI investigating worldwide, Israeli Police been asked to wake up at last “ wow “….things should speed up allowing legal actions
