• Please try to select the correct prefix when making a new thread in this folder.

    Discuss is for general discussions of a financial company or issues related to companies.

    Info is for things like "Has anyone heard of Company X?" or "Is Company X legit or not?"

    Compare is for things like "Which of these 2 (or more) companies is best?"

    Searching is for things like "Help me pick a broker" or "What's the best VPS out there for trading?"

    Problem is for reporting an issue with a company. Please don't just scream "CompanyX is a scam!" It is much more useful to say "I can't withdraw my money from Company X" or "Company Y is not honoring their refund guarantee" in the subject line.
    Keep Problem discussions civil and lay out the facts of your case. Your goal should be to get your problem resolved or reported to the regulators, not to see how many insults you can put into the thread.

Problem Didn´t receive my withdrawal from MogaFX

Hello traders. I want to report you that I started trading with MogaFX last year, and now that I decided to withdrawal my funds from their account, they didn´t send me yet. It has been 10 days from this message since I requested this withdrawal, and I´m without a single answer from their side. I tried to contact them using their internal support message, and also tried to contact by using their e-mail service@mogafx.com, but not a single answer from them yet.
At their withdrawal page, it just appears that my withdrawal request as submmited at 02/08/22, and that is all. It should have been processed in 3 to 5 days as mentioned at their page, but it has been more than 10 days already.

Please find attached the screenshot showing it and my transaction history there as well.

My account number is also disclosed inside the trade report I attached, it is 5502676.
