Two of your "genuine" representatives claimed to have investigated your founder employee nsawork and even claimed to have kicked him out of your brokerage firm.

First of all please note that Mr Neeraj has been dismissed due his boorish communication.
As far as I can see one of your conversations caused creation of this topic.
Currently we have very polite and professional support team on different languages.
Furthermore, please keep in mind that our company is regulated Investment Company, therefore all accusations of scam or fraud are impermissible.

We have found that UWC Neeraj and nsawork are the same person. As I mentioned before, Mr Neeraj has been already dismissed due his boorish communication, both his nicknames no longer exist on our own forum (you can check this by searching these nicknames in the tab "Member List" on our forum), furthermore please keep in mind that he is no longer represents our brokerage firm on other forums. In the meantime, we decided to keep MAYZUS.Neeraj nickname on fxfred forum as our official representative nickname, however, as you can see the last action dates to 2014.04.07 due we stopped publish our market reviews and latest news.
In regard to your situation with illegally obtained a photo/snapshot could you please clarify in more details what exact photo/snapshot you are talking about?

We have completed our investigation, and we would like to inform you of the results.

1. The information we received from FxFred Forum Management was that the employee who was moderating Fxfred Forum under the nicknames ‘nsawork/Essense’ was let go from the company in April 2013, and is no longer working on that particular Forum.

2. Our official representative who works under the nickname ‘UWC Neeraj’ on FPA did not inform the Marketing department about this particular thread at the end of 2012: this is why your complaint was overlooked and was only brought to our attention a few days ago. We admit that the comments made by ‘UWC Neeraj’ were of an inappropriate nature for a Company representative. We sincerely apologize on behalf of the Company and the employee.

We would like to thank you for bringing this issue to our attention. Please let us know if we can assist you in any other way.

So why does he (nsawork) claim to have a letter of "thanks" from yourselves

Hopefully someone "genuine" will at least have the guts to join this discussion and explain what action was really taken against this employee (nsawork), in relation to his intimation & blackmail threats made against myself while he publicly worked for your brokerage firm.
