About a week ago we saw the GBP/USD reach around 2.11. I was flabergasted it got this high but then all indications suggested it'd weaken further.
Then it tanked to its curent value of around 2.05.
I was curious as to why it might have done this and in such a quick fashion. It dropped from 2.11 to 2.07 in less than a day if I recall.
Does anyone have any thoughts? What was behind it? Was there some report I missed?
