Problem don't work with Pepperstone I lost there 105000$ in one week nobody there spoke to me never send me emails about margin call they are lier broker.

That is a good start.
I suggest you to email this to the pepperstone and warn them that you only withdrew this complaint after receiving your money back. aAnd also - did you received any kind of response from the AFCA?

Hello afca told me waiting for pepperstone responded and gave them until 25.4 i dont know what to do more they lier and scam they not agree to give my money back!!I hope nobody will join them and that AFCA will help me to get the money back.. I hope that really help

Well, what would help your case is if you had proof that they induced you to trade.

Do you have screenshots of why your losses resulted in such a hefty amount? Even if it's a margin call notification, it would have been that your orders were closed on the basis of "Margin stop-out or Stop loss executed" in which do you have illustration of these to prove the credence of your case?

Do you have any written proof or recorded calls showing that they induced you to trade?

@roiboy if you are from Israel, also inform your country’s financial regulator, wonder if Pepperstone is licensed or so legal to provide financial services over there….otherwise get them Blacklisted !

You said earlier pepperstone had until 25 April to respond formally (I think this is called internal dispute resolution, or IDR). Have they provided this IDR? and if so, can you upload it here please?

If they have not, or if you disagree with it, you can proceed with AFCA complaint. But I would post it here first and get some feedback from the FPA community before responding to AFCA.
