Dukascopy scam me and changed my order during news event

Without my permission and by automatically changing my buy stop order to a buy limit order has violated my right and has interrupted my trading strategy. Those order which was re-submitted and executed within one minute is unfair for me. This is what Dukascopy.com had practice at me. Now, they had few days never reply my email.

please help me get my money from Dukascopy.

Can you post the "order number" in your next reply/message, also your account number and then invite the broker to this thread (remember to place a link back to thread in all e-mails etc).

Dukascopy has good image over the FPA as well as on Internet, let them know about this thread and I`m sure you will get response from them soon.
