Ok. Maybe the problem converting the USD/JPY problem that I posted earlier was difficult to read or understand. I will pose a simpler problem converting the USD/JPY because I still don't get it. The converting calculators do not help.
If 2 lots were sold at 118.44 and later the 2 lots were liquidated at 115.39, the differnce would be...3.05.
What is the US dollar profit?
Actually, I want to see the formula. Not just an answer please. I am backtesting the USD/JPY, and can calculate the addition or subtraction of pips, but I still can not determine the US dollar amounts.
Thanks again for any and all the help.
