Discuss is for general discussions of a financial company or issues related to companies.

Info is for things like "Has anyone heard of Company X?" or "Is Company X legit or not?"

Compare is for things like "Which of these 2 (or more) companies is best?"

Searching is for things like "Help me pick a broker" or "What's the best VPS out there for trading?"

Problem is for reporting an issue with a company. Please don't just scream "CompanyX is a scam!" It is much more useful to say "I can't withdraw my money from Company X" or "Company Y is not honoring their refund guarantee" in the subject line.
Keep Problem discussions civil and lay out the facts of your case. Your goal should be to get your problem resolved or reported to the regulators, not to see how many insults you can put into the thread.

    More info coming soon.

General discussions of a financial company
Those regulators don't even care about the complaints. Then whats the point?

Imagine if you were a regulator. Would you spend all day hacking into the computers of brokers hoping to find evidence of scam or would you look and see which companies are getting increasing numbers of well documented complaints? Regulators who get no complaints because traders "know" that there's no point in complaining will assume the broker is doing everything correctly.

Now imagine if you were a scammy broker. You would throw a party every time someone said their's no point to complaining, since this means you can scam all day every day with no fear of anyone bothering to tell the authorities about your crimes.

The point is that complaining might not work, but that not complaining is guaranteed not to work. Who's side are you on? Do you want to at least lift a finger to try to help yourself and your fellow traders, or do you want to waste more time complainant that the regulators don't do their job while you personally refuse to provide them with any evidence to help them investigate and also discourage others from doing so?

Seems the current manager is the worst ever they've had since I have been with them for long. Either that ( blame him) or maybe it's the whole company that is a scam? What can I say. Check on my issue with them, still open and unresolved after all these weeks.
