Eclipse Finance and Top Binary Signals - Scam

I have recently been scammed many thousands of dollars by Top Binary Signals/Eclipse Finance and my story is much the same as those here in this discussion thread.

This duo of thieves have only one aim and that is to steal as much from you as they can while telling lies and making false promises. After 6 months I have not been able to retrieve one single penny from my account which is now well over $500k including profits. Their gifts of iPhones and laptops is just diversion and stalling tactic to wear you down to the inevitable loss of all your money. A withdrawal card from Eclipse was promised but of course never arrived. I foolishly put my faith and trust in them very much to my regret. I feel embarrassed and ashamed for having trusted them with my hard earned savings and its just another example of what one human being will do to another without any hesitation or feeling of guilt whatsoever.

Names to be aware of are Nicole Barnes (Top Binary Signals), Roy Webber (Top Binary Signals), Katarina Bailey (Eclipse Finance), if indeed that is their real names.

After many unanswered emails, phone calls and online ticket chats, I have now decided to take legal action against this duo of thieves via my London solicitors.

If you would like to join me and hopefully also get your money back, then please let me know. A united front is much stronger and will have a greater chance of success.

Dear Crusader,

I totally understand your anger and frustration with our company in light of Top-Binary-Signals.com (“TBS”) trade malfunction situation, however, please take into consideration that we are in the same boat here. It took Eclipse Finance (“EF”) years to build our reputation and it took literally hours for TBS to tarnish it. Since our inception, we have successfully provided our services to tens of thousands of clients worldwide and at no point in our history have we ever violated or deviated from any provision of our Terms and Conditions.

Meaning that client’s legal claims against EF will most certainly prove fruitless and will only benefit accuser’s lawyer. Who will gladly charge up to $1,445 per hour for consultation fees and to simply to send emails to Eclipse Finance or to authorities of various jurisdictions. Taking into account that there are over 200 different jurisdictions all of which have several regulatory bodies; it will surely give a lawyer plenty of work hours to bill you for. For more information about nonrefundable attorney fees you may check this link: bloomberg.com/news/articles/2016-02-05/lawyers-earning-1-100-pounds-an-hour-put-u-k-justice-at-risk

Moreover, I would like to remind you that prior to opening an account with EF you have read and signed an electronic agreement which is also called the “Terms and Conditions” (“T&C”) which can be found in the following URL: eclipse-finance.com/terms_and_conditions.

In which it clearly states in part “2.4.” that:

The Client has the right to authorize a third party to give instructions and/or Orders to the Company or to handle any other matters related to this Agreement, provided that the Client has notified the Company in writing that such a right shall be exercised by a third party and that this person is approved by the Company and fulfills all of Company’s conditions to allow this. The Company shall act on instructions given duly by authorized third parties acting on behalf of the Client and the Client hereby indemnifies the Company from any damage or cost incurred by such third party and the Client undertakes to cover any losses or claims incurred on his/her behalf by any such third party. In case the Client has authorized a third party, it is agreed that in the event that the Client wishes to terminate the authorization, it is the Client’s full responsibility to notify the Company of such decision in writing. In any other case, the Company will assume that the authorization is still ongoing and will continue accepting instructions and/or Orders given by the authorized third party on behalf of the Client.

On top of that, you have authorized TBS to manage your Eclipse Finance account by submitting a formal signed request in the form of MAS Limited Power of Attorney (LPOA) in which it states:

Client Acknowledgements. Client hereby acknowledges and agrees that (1) Client (and not EF [Eclipse Finance]) is responsible for investigating and selecting Money Manager (2) Client will diligently scrutinize all account activity in Client's account(s); (3) EF and its officers, employees and agents will not control Money Manager's actions, are in no way responsible for any loss to Client caused by the actions of Money Manager and that EF does not, by implication or otherwise, endorse the operating methods of Money Manager; (4) EF has no duty to supervise or monitor trading by Client or by Money Manager in Client's account(s);

To sum up,

1. You chose to have Top-Binary-Signals.com manage your Eclipse Finance account.

2. You have authorized TBS (aka Third Party) to become your Eclipse Finance Money Manager by signing and submitting the MAS LPOA

3. You have digitally signed Terms and Conditions of Eclipse Finance stating that you indemnify Eclipse Finance from any damage or cost incurred by such third party and that you will undertake to cover any losses or claims incurred on your behalf by any such third party

4. You have signed MAS LPOA which states, that Eclipse Finance and its officers, employees and agents will not control Money Manager's actions; and are in no way responsible for any loss to you caused by the actions of Money Manager and that Eclipse Finance doesn't endorse the operating methods of Money Manager.

What’s more is that you don’t have any record of EF soliciting you to join our company or to join the EF Managed Account System, because it never happened. As well as, we have never advised you to select TBS as your EF money manager. Because clearly to us, with the high returns of up to 88% per trade you could have made more money trading on your own at EF or with the help of any binary options signal service provider (“SSP”). Speaking of which, here is a link to the biggest list of binary option SSPs: binaryoptionsthatsuck.com/binary-options-signals/ as you can see there are 35 different companies in the market today. Over the course of our operations we have tried cooperating with most of them and it is clear to us that TBS’ signals are among the best out there in the industry. For this exact reason, we have not discouraged any of our clients from nominating TBS as their EF money manager. In addition to that, it was solely your decision to invest such a substantial amount and let a third party manage it, which has ultimately lead you to lose all of your investment.

Let’s face the facts here, you know that if you have invested your $50,000 into a conservative investment product offered by your local bank with a lock-in period of 2 years’ minimum, you would be looking to make 0.55% - 1% per year. This means that after 2 years your $50,000 will turn into $50,775 on average; but you will also have to take into account that you would be paying monthly bank fees which will reduce that $775 to less than $500. For more information, you may click the Fixed Rate Bonds in the following link: uk.deposits.org/deposits/.

Therefore it is clear that you were not too amused about making $500 profit on your hard earned money by putting them in the bank, so you might have looked for a wealth management company, here is a list for you: forbes.com/top-wealth-managers/ as you can see there, the best wealth managers can make you from -15% to a realistic 30% annually. But be advised that to join that pool of billions of US dollars that they manage you have to start with at least $1,000,000; and I assume that a thought of losing 15% of that $1 million ($15,000) in a year was what has put you off.

So, having contemplated those two options, you have made a decision to join the high risk – high return investment vehicle called binary options. Where websites like: wallstreetfocusgroup.com/ or brmethodprofit.com/ or gemini2.co/ will promise to generate a guaranteed income from $796 to $2,500 to $6,000 per day! And that is after you have established that your local bank can make $500 in about two years on your $50,000 investment.

It is clear to me that in the term “high risk-return” investment you have totally ignored the word “risk” and you have ended up losing most of your investment. So now you blame everyone around you of being scam and fraud by saying:

“I have now decided to take legal action against this duo of thieves via my London solicitors”

But before you go on and start paying those nonrefundable $1445 per hour fees to your solicitors to bombard EF with their useless emails I urge you to stop for a minute and think is Eclipse Finance really a scam and what are your arguments to support that? What about all the agreements and authorizations that you have signed with EF?

You say “duo of thieves” but what arguments you have to support the notion that EF is anyhow affiliated with TBS or is a thief? Please do bear in mind that you are walking on thin ice and making false accusations (which are monitored and recorded by our legal team) will only work against you. So, in addition to you losing your investment while trading the market at EF you may stand a change of losing a defamation case for your false statements which you post online.

Further to what was mentioned above, Eclipse Finance explicitly warns all users of our website that:

“As with any financial assets, binary options trading can generate high profit return on your investment; it may also result in a partial or total loss of your investment funds. Consequently, it is expressly advised that you should never invest money which you cannot afford to lose.”

This sentence is clearly visible at the bottom of every page on our website and I think TBS have a similar one too. So, I can only apologize for this situation and bring your attention to the fact that EF has acted in good faith and totally in line with the international law and with our T&C; whereby you have received 100% of everything that you were entitled to as our VIP client.

Therefore, I totally renounce all your allegations as you have absolutely no legal ground to state that any of the actions done by EF may be justifiably named as “fraud”. Your judgements are absolutely inappropriate, as, on top of all the interest rates and complimentary Apple products, you have received a gigantic cash bonus of $50,000 Eclipse Finance’s own operational funds. This would mean that had you taken the time and effort to trade by yourself; winning about 55% of your trades, you would have ended up satisfying your bonus turnover requirements (of $1 bonus x 35) and being able to withdraw much over $25,000 in profit. In fact, you could have simply made about 350 random $5,000 trades, winning about half of them, and even that would make you some good return within a couple of months if not weeks. But instead, you chose the path of having people you don’t personally know manage your personal funds for you and unfortunately this has led to such an outcome.

In conclusion, we are currently doing everything in our power to get TBS to reimburse as much of our client’s losses as possible. As you might have noticed we have enough influence to prohibit them from accepting new business until they have compensated the damages they caused to our clients. Please allow us some time to be able to come up with a solid compensation plan which will satisfy all the parties involved. EF guarantees to do our utmost best in order for you to come out of this situation on top with earnings in hand and not with additional losses of money, time and potential profits. We stick to our assertions and are still hoping for your kind consideration.

You will never agree to show your real evil face Mr Scammer. Stop bullshitting with your psychotic logic. By now, each and every person knows the dirty game played by Eclipse-TBS.

And yea, if you want to sue me, would loved to be sued to see your ugly dirty shitty real face. Make sure to wear a protective gears cos I will kick your balls hard (if you have any)

There is no way a legitimate binary broker (if there is such a thing) would have a long term cooperative agreement with any company providing reliably profitable trades.

Why? Simple. Like at a casino, in binaries, your losses are the broker's wins and your wins (assuming you can withdraw them) are the broker's losses.

Would a casino allow someone selling a profitable way to beat the house to be paid to introduce of clients who would then drive the casino out of business? Absolutely not.

On the other hand, a casino would love it if someone would make clients overconfident and lead the clients into losing a lot of money.

I'd love to see Andy McDaniel's explanation for why Eclipse can still be in business if TBS has been making clients profitable for years.

Oh dude you are lowest of the low! If you were twice as smart as you think you are, you would still be stupid! I wish that stupidity were painful because you would be in agony after that torrential downfall of mind numbing garbage!

I would explain to you why your moronic nonsense makes no sense but I don't have any crayons with me!

Client Acknowledgements. Client hereby acknowledges and agrees that (1) Client (and not EF [Eclipse Finance]) is responsible for investigating and selecting Money Manager (2) Client will diligently scrutinize all account activity in Client's account(s); (3) EF and its officers, employees and agents will not control Money Manager's actions, are in no way responsible for any loss to Client caused by the actions of Money Manager and that EF does not, by implication or otherwise, endorse the operating methods of Money Manager; (4) EF has no duty to supervise or monitor trading by Client or by Money Manager in Client's account(s);

To sum up,

What a load of rubbish. It is Eclipse who control the debit card provided with the 50k account. It is Eclipse who fail to deposit 5% in to the account each month. You are obviously concerned that you are losing clients because this forum has identified you as a scam. Would you care to provide the moderator of this forum with proof of identity documents for yourself and those running Eclipse Finance? No, didn't think so. You are just a cowardly evil scammer. As for "we have enough influence to prohibit them from accepting new business until they have compensated the damage caused to our clients". I have news for you Mr McDaniel, TSB are still attempting to take on MAS clients. But of course you know that because you are all part of the same scam!

Dear AAM1611,

Thank you for your prompt response, I will restate here for your assurance that yesterday I have received your email with the filled excel file. I have acknowledged receiving your email by responding to you as well and made sure that the information is used to have the card issued and delivered to you as soon as possible. There is no set date for the delivery yet given to us by the card issuers, but from my experience it takes about 10 days for the card to be issued and about a week for it to be delivered. We are unauthorized to share any internal correspondence with 3rd parties so you would have to trust my word on that.

May I remind you that you have no reason to distrust or call Eclipse Finance a scam as all our direct obligations have been fulfilled as per our terms and conditions.

I will repeat, your $50k packaged included:

1. A free connecting to our Managed Account Service, where your account would apply the live trades of professional traders from top-binary-signals.com.

2. A 100% bonus on your investment.

3. Funds insurance and protection where you are able to withdraw a 5% annual guaranteed return on untraded funds, which is allocated to trader’s account on monthly basis without any withdrawal limitations.

4. A free iPhone 6, delivered via an express door to door service.

5. A personal debit delivered via an express door to door service through which you may withdraw the funds associated with Funds insurance and protection.

Since you have already received 1-4 as well as some decent profit accumulated for you by Top-Binary-Signals.com via Managed Account System, your attitude is a bit shocking for me.

Please make a note of the fact that 4. and 5. is something that is done by a 3rd party of whom we have no full control. As I said earlier, we are not a bank that issues debit cards and not an iPhone factory- we are a binary option broker and those extra incentives is something that you would never get with any other broker, or at least at such account size. You can look around and I am sure you already have.

Your childish repetition of the word scam next to our company name is slightly starting to get on my nerves since it's clear that you have absolutely no ground to do so. May I warn you that we have retained legal counsel and should you pursue false allegations further we will have no choice but to proceed with a defamation suit against you. Our legal counsel is ready to proceed with a defamation and harassment suit against you in Pakistan and United Arab Emirates for reputation damages and you will be held responsible for any associated legal fees or collection costs.

Please don’t forget to leave a post once you received, activated the card and withdrew funds from it.

Best regards,
Andy McDaniel

waooo!!! childish repetition of the word scam???? seriously???...from own experience, that is what you guys are up to....cheating people to get their money!!!! and i have all docs to prove it...I have filed a complaint (it has taken me a while due to all binary frauds around that) but you together with TBS act as a big fraudulent association.

  • Hello Everyone. I have been a mass client of Eclipse/TBS since June of last year. I just want to let everyone know that both companies are great and by no means do they deserve to be labeled scam. The cyber attack sounds obviously real, because if it was not real, then they both would not have gotten together to create a handsome fair compensation package for all the victims. You all must keep in mind that a lot companies on this earth can be vulnerable to cyber attacks at any giving time. Furthermore, TBS was in tremendous amount of shock when this happened to them and still is, therefore this is not the time to throw insults at them or accuse them of fraudulent practices or label them as scams. But it should be the time that we all should get behind them and show them great positive support and gratitude for all of their relentless hard work and pains that they went through in this very bad and unfortunate circumstance.

  • I have taking quite a bit of time to go through all the complaints about Eclipse specifically and I could not really see a valid complaint where Eclipse ever denied a client any withdrawals that have reached turnover. All that complained about withdrawals, probably did not understand the terms and conditions that surrounds the contract or maybe that the information giving to them were not clear enough and that might be something TBS management should work on. Again, keep in mind that Eclipse always give out withdrawals upon request once the client have reached turnover. I have several friends that have made several withdrawals from Eclipse. I could not find any case or complaints from any law enforcement department or any government officials in any country regarding the inability to make a withdraw from Eclipse or even label Eclipse as a scam company in any way shape or form on the internet. At this time, I respectfully and humbly ask that everyone who posted derogatory (bad) comments about Eclipse should take it down immediately since it is absolutely not fair due to the points I made above.
In conclusion, we as clients should all bond together as family and show Eclipse and TBS great support and gratitude in this horrendous time that they are going through. This is not the time to tear them down. Remember that when they are great, we as clients will be great as well, therefore bashing them will be absolutely very foolish and counterintuitive. I wish all of you great success and thanks to everyone that reads this post.

Dr. Onori

you mu st be getting paid big money by these scammers!!! because that is what they are!!!! what do you think? that all affected people are just making up a case where we all have lost significant amounts of money by hthese cheating bastards!!!???

The CEO from TBS wrote us today to say they've been victim from hackers between April 18th and 22nd.

The balance from MAS clients has been affected... Mine has fallen down to 0.45$ (from more than 200k). So far they've not mentioned compensations.

I've paid above 105k in profit sharing with TBS over the months I've been a client.

I do hope there will be a financial compensation.

hi Chris, same happened to me last year....what have you done so far? any compensation from them?

Hey everyone!

I see they are still victimising many unfortunates! I made this video that some of you may like to see:

Please send it to the eclipse and TBS staff that you know.

fantastic video!!! just to capture a bit of our frustration towards these scammers!!!

Don't hold your breath waiting for compensation. There was no hacking! This is just an excuse they use to justify stealing your money. These people are cowardly scumbags. They have no conscience and seem to take pleasure stealing from others. One day they will be held accountable - if not in this life then certainly in the next.
