ECN Alpha is not processing my withdrawals

I have accounts with this broker since March 2011.
All was going well with this broker. Low spreads and low commission until I started making some profit from scalping, which is allowed per their website.

Since September, the spreads have widened ( above 3 pips on EURUSD in addition to commission of USD5 per round lot) and they did nothing even though I've complained a few times.

Now it seems my nightmare is close to materialise. I haven't receive a single dollar from my withdrawal requested since 3 months ago. Their support team has been ignoring my emails. However, their CEO advised that the money will come soon but have missed the latest deadline that he suggested.

Did you deposit by bankwire? If so, contact your bank and the police and ask about how to file wire fraud and internet-based financial fraud charges.

Apparently they have some issue with their bank account. I will wait for a couple more weeks and seen how it will progress.

Go ahead and start making inquiries with your bank and local police about wire fraud charges. If you want to wait a couple of weeks to file them, that's fine, but put those 2 weeks to good use. Get screenshots of everything associated with your account and the missing money.

ECN Alpha has increased their spread to 3-5 pips

I am having a similar problem. They have now increase the spread on the EUR/USA to 3-5 pips. I was attempting to use a scalper; however, I was unable to use the scalper at this spread. Then they stopped responding to my e-mails. I have put in a request to refund my money and we will see how that goes.

Now, I am having the same problem.
ECN Alpha is also not processing my withdrawals. I odered to withdraw on 25Th Jan. Their support team had explained various reasons which cannot be withdrawn to me by E-mail. But they has been ignoring my emails since 12th Mar.

The following is negotiation with E-mail with me and a support team.

You and I have not received our money, in the meantime, the account shown at the FPA has withdrawn money from the account with ECN Alpha several times.
