I found the issue. With the www. in front of the domain name, it's down. Without the www. in front, it works.

Keep emailing them and see if they feel up to replying.

with the www. and their real page without it. They must have some sort of issue with their DNS.

I do not have any dealings with ECNPROFX.

update from the FDR

Hi Andrew,

This sent by way of an update.

I did receive an acknowledgement that the company would be responding to my questions (apparently the person that we have to deal with has been in hospital)....but nothing further!

We will be taking steps to follow up with them.

If they fail to respond then that in itself is a breach of their obligations under the Financial Service Provider legislation. This could ultimately result in de-registration from the NZ Financial Service Provider Register. I realise that would not resolve your issue though.

We will keep you posted and please let us know if YOU hear anything before we do....
