Eightcap clear transaction history

My name is: LE THI DIEM MY and have opened tk Eightcap MT4: 401165
My Account Status:
- Subtract all my profits.
- Lock MT4 account, cannot be traded.
- Clear all My Transaction History.
- I Asked to Withdraw, but did not resolve, and did not let me withdraw.
My MT4 401165 account was also held by the exchange, it slandered me that it changed the price. Hope IB and IB maste help me to get my money back as soon as possible.
Now the live chat with the platform does not answer blatantly. Please gather the people who were deceived and lodge a complaint with the authorities to handle and shut down this scam from Vietnam.
