Eightcap, pay back my money!

My name is Nguyen Van Hong, MT4 account is 401095, email gajikon475@gmail.com
I couldn't withdraw profit from my MT4 account since Dec 6th 2019. Then they deleted all my transactions and my profit, without any notification.
I had to email to ask them about those problems then they replied the reason is I traded HEDGING with another account 400817, it means I tried to win on my account and that account lost. And they just said that without any proof.
One more thing, I deposited my account by Neteller, but they asked me to send them my local bank to support withdraw my deposit (not profit). Why? I deposited by Neteller, but they wanted to send money by Local Bank?
I emailed them I didn't agree with what they told about me. I didn't hedging with the account they said. I want to be paid back all my profit and deposit is 2707 USD. And they ignored me until now, no any resolution.
What's easy to steel profit from trader, just said Hedging with any account, then remove transactions and profit, no need any proof. Done.
