EMPFX and E-Money Power-Failure to return Clients Funds

I am losing my hope of getting my money back, weeks have now passed since the broker stopped trading and still nothing, please FPA, is there any hopes for us? I do not know what else to do

You would have to conclude that EMPFX/E-Money Power were trading while insolvent since they don't appear to have enough money to refund all their clients. They sent everyone a withdrawal form on 26 October 2009 and it appears so far to have been no more than a stunt.

EMPFX failed to reply to a 2nd email from the FPA HQ address.

An FPA Scam Investigator has just sent an email to them. If there is no reply by the end of the day on Wednesday, January 6th, they will be marked as scam.

We suggest that all customers who haven't been paid gather their evidence.

I Got Scammed

Hello Guys.i Have Been Scamed By This Company Too Now That I Think.i Sent Then Several E-mail With Wiring Info.after 6 Weeks Of E-mails They Told Me I Sent Them Wrong Info Which Is Not True They Asked Me For Another Account So I Gave Them Another Account Number And Still Till This Day Have Not Heard From Them.they Owe Me 2000$ Plus My Friend Has $10000 With Them.
Anyone Got Any Money Back From Them Recently?
