Hello,
I am saba serwer my emporium capital mt5 id is 19028.
I am filing my complaint against the company, I deposited USD 1198, and invested my amount into buying 515 shares of SE, (sea) for around the price of 45.95, after the market closed, the next day during the closed market emporium broker changed my SE pair with some pair with a value near to 0.00000 and resulting in my account to reflect the loss of 28K, I have video of the instance, which I am attaching to the post for review, when I spoke to the company about the issue, they accepted the error and told that it is done by their liquidity provider and they are fixing it, within 2 minutes, the original pair was restored and the pair has gained around 30% during the opening of its price in American session. Considering what happened earlier that day, I decided and closed my deals and transferred the amount to my internal wallet which was within company and my Internal withdrawal Request was Submitted but the amount was not transferred. My Internal Transfer amount was 6955.70$ and my profit amount which was 5757.70$, but later the next day, they reversed the My profit 5757.70$ transfer and also cancelled my internal withdrawal, and same day company sent the email to me that they will not give me my profit but only principal amount and this strategy is not suitable to them, here I would like to mention My husband has been trading with the company from last few months his Name is Zafar Ali and His MT Account No is 16734. and had made loss of nearly 10K and even some of the time, the amount balance turned to negative and company removed the negative balance and he was also working on same strategy but company never had an issue with the strategy as he was losing through the strategy and I made the profit so they had issue with my strategy. This is very serious complaint and would request admin to consider this very important as they may scam many other traders so will request immediate action against the company. I have an amount of 6955.70$ including profit and capital amount I invested and company is refusing to give profit. I have evidence of each of the event mentioned in this complaint, which I am attaching for reference. So I Request you my Respected Admin plz open Scame case against the Emporium Capital And also tell them they Give me my Whole money means my capital also my profit. And. Declear this company as a scame and save all other Forex Trader Thanks I'm waiting for your Action
I also attached screenshot of my husband account zafar ali mt5 id 16734, it clearly shows emporium did his balance zero after negative balance trade. At this point emporium has no problem because my husband was loosing. When i did profit, they started crying, and told they don't like my strategy
