Good morning,

Technical factors now are taking backseat as we're going to Fed meeting. Our fundamental view makes us bet on downside continuation on EUR, while technically some bullish scenarios are exist as well:

The technical portion of Sive's analysis owes a great deal to Joe DiNapoli's methods, and uses a number of Joe's proprietary indicators. Please note that Sive's analysis is his own view of the market and is not endorsed by Joe DiNapoli or any related companies.

Now we have 'Boris'-Shouting-Make Great Britain-'Great Again'..could we see some 'Positive sentiment' for the Great British Pound'.!? ( For a short time..!) :D

Hello Sive,
Thanks for your comprehensive analysis as always, however
Fundamentally: market is pricing in already a 25 bps cut and I call for a 50 bps cut even!
Technically: by convention: Head & shoulders patterns should appear after an uptrend only, while inverted H&S pattern usually after downtrends, I don't see an inverted H&S here

Lets wait for the FED and see, but defiantly it will send dovish signal to the markets

Thank you

Hi mate,
This is in classic "old" approach only ;). Now reverse H&S on top (continuation pattern) is a common thing, it happens even oftener than you want it to :)... actually I'm also surprised a bit how often we've traded it in recent two months.

I'll take the bet - 25 b.p. not a penny less :D

I am not informed by this new approach, maybe I'm getting old ;)

Anyways I attached a Morgan Stanely piece that suggests 50 bps ...
Good luck and thanks for your daily work
