Friday's collapse partially could be explained by new wave of fears around Omicron, but it seems that it is more appropriate to relay it to emotional overreaction on ECB statement the day before:

Well Disappointed with the collapse on Friday and it looks like My Stops at 1.12 looks like they will be Hit. The Double Repo on $/Kiwi looks like it may fail but i think the $Kiwi is 'ahead' of EUR/$..ie More oversold and we could get the 'Lookalike' pattern..!? Anyway..with the final week before xmas we will soon 'Find out'!

Yep, I also think that NZD DRPO is failing right now. Price should show fast jump out from DRPO to the upside, but we mostly see the signs of pressing it down. Which is actually, seems logic in current environment.
On EUR it was really tricky week, mostly because of external drivers
