Hi, Bill,
I do not use Excel, because CQG has a DiNapoli pack.
Anyway, In fact Oscillator Predictor is a registered trade mark by Joe DiNapoli. I have no rights to distribute it. I'm already have posted well enough information that shed a light on basics of this indicator and how it calculated.
Besides, you just need to type formulae in Excel... The algorithm is already has been provided.
