EURUSD vs GBPJPY

Personalty I think that GBPJPY is a much more dramatic pair than EURUSD. It moves many more pips that the EURUSD does.

What do you guys think? How it has been throughout the years?

Jpy pairs are usually more volatile. If no other currency changed value, but the Jpy did, it would move the most pips against the most highly valued currency. The Gbp is worth more than the Eur or Usd.

From my point of view JPY pairs are more exposed to BoJ moves than ordinary market movers. That's why trading these pairs is more difficult than EURUSD (especially in light of latest BoJ interventions).
