Execution of trades with about 19 pips difference on octafx

    mt4 not send requests to open trade when makret closed.png shows MT4 doesn't send requests to open trades when trading is closed or before market is opened.

    Just only Octafx opens tades when market is closed and with difference of 19 pips.

    We referred to the basic functionality of the MT4 platform that was developed by Metaquotes. 

    From our side we cannot change the way pending orders are triggered.

    
We’re sorry to understand that you’re not satisfied with the profit you’ve earned. We presume you didn’t experience a similar scenario with other brokers, and we regret to read it happened with us. We did our best to address all your concerns and we can assure you it’s not our practice to act unfairly towards our traders. 



    We did mention before that a trader should not compare brokers, but in your scenario it’s pretty safe to say that if it happened with any other ECN forex broker the outcome would be the same.

    These positions were opened to hedge other opened positions. means i lost money of 19 pips when positions opened.


    2. I am trading forex from very long time, i faced such situations many times, but other brokers did compensate my account for my logical and legtimate claims,

    although i lost all of my account balance but i only contacted you when there was logical resaon and provided several proofs trades opned on wrong price,

    mt4 doesn't open trades doesn't open trades or send requests to open trades when market is closed.
    But broker can do this from mt4 side

    OCTAFX Rep should come with reasonable solution rather than ignoring geniune issue.

    You lied to me many times

    can check only bid price.png shows you told me that you can only check bid price. but when i provided proof from other broker then in this thread you admitted ask can also be checked.

    I provided proof from other brokers that order can't be opened when market closed or before opening.

    Then you blamed Mt4 for this issue that mt4 send requests when market is closed or before opening.
    I provided from other broker that MT4 doesn't send open requests to open trades when market is closed or before opening of market.

    You lied to me and tried to deceive me in this thriead whicih is clear act of FRAUD / SCAM but still you say that i am dissatisfied.

    To clarify, the screenshot of the exchange with our representative that you’ve attached to your post refers to checking a price on a chart and does not mention anything about not being able to check it from our side. Also, we did not blame MT4 for anything, we simply explained to you how the trading platform works. And you did not in fact provide us with any proof which could show us how it is executed with other brokers, so we cannot really refer to it.

    On top of it all, we regret that you feel about us that way, but it seems like you are trying to make us admit something that simply did not occur. Therefore yes, we have the right to refer to you as a dissatisfied client, as we made several attempts to address your concerns unsuccessfully.

    can check only bid price.png clearly shows statement " the only price we can check is the bid price because the charts are drawn based on this bid price"
    anyone can understand "we " refers to octafx in communication not me.

    Any one can check this thread and understand how you change your statements after seeing proofs.

    This clearly means you deceive your clients and do SCAM
    rather than addressing geniune issue.

    i opened account with octafx today and before making deposit when i asked few questions. no satisfactory answer to any of question.

    when i searched google and found out plenty of negative feedback octafx-scam.png

    As from my experience i know that trades don't execute when market is closed. Also OCTAFX rep is changing his statements after seeing evidence.

    thanks to FPA posts i saved myselft from becoming Octafx SCAM victim.
