Problem Exness Broker Problem

A glitch occurred on exness on 05-Jul-2024 which drove XAUUSD price to an unexpected price level compared to all brokers and therefore wiped out money from my trading
account num: 119145997 .

I immediately raised a complaint, to support, they said , our financial team is reviewing the account to resolve the matter.


Please help me to recover full refund as it is very essential for my human well being, now this is yet to be resolved, my

I hope by bringing this to public awareness, Exness can speed up the process and give me the proper compensation/full balance refund. My trading account today July -16 -2024 still stands at $ 0.00


Due to exness ar problem i lost my money, my balance decreased due to your problem and then all my trades were closed for balance, so i am demanding compensation along with my full balance and it is logical.
