Hi,

I've just joined this broker yesterday and deposit. Trading conditions just look fantastic and they support accounts in many currencies even metals. I have just opened a account in INR (Indian Rupees) and deposit, can u believe INR account in forex!

They also gave me a 15% bonus and the deposit and bonus was in a blink of an eye into my account.

I also test traded on BSE stocks really cool! I think this broker could be great for Indians.

I have not worked with them a lot or done a withdrawal since i just joined yesterday, so will keep you guys posted on how it goes.

So far so good! Kudos to this broker! :)

Does anyone have something new to say about this broker? I am close to planning to open a mini account with them. Can anyone make me think that I should not do this, becouse what I have read in the review section gave me some confidence?

As I said, exness on their site says that he's a member of the KROUFR which is a "Commission on Regulation of Relations of Participants in Financial Markets - a nonprofit organization dedicated to the development of services and the regulation of relations Russian participants in international financial markets."

This is quite a gang of forex brokers from what i see ... I can make my own non profit org. and say I am legit. The members of this npo (non profit organization), as stated on their site, which I translated with google, are:
alpari, dc teletrade, dc forexclub, admiral markets, akmos trade, group umis, master forex, and that is it, and the page was last updated on Last Updated (18/12/2009). Which one is exness? (here is the link Google Translate)
Almost all of the members of this npo have bad reviews on FPA.

But I'd bet on their greed and open a 100$ account with them. Any ideas anyone?

i cant believe people could sink this low to steal money from people this exness is very terrible nothing seems to work trades just closes like that with no explanation,the other a hedged position closed they said spreads were increased today hedged positon closes just like that they shouldn't have 3 stars there,this is shameful.
 
At the moment I can say only well about Exness: pretty fast executions on european server (they have more in Russia, Asia, etc etc) some requotes but nothing so different from other brokers and experienced only in very fast markets.
Price feeds are absolute correct, I never experienced a spike to kick me out even if in some operations I was less than a pip near the SL.
Stop hunt is an unknow word.
Orders are respected also in extremely high volatile markets.
Spreads are the best that market offers.
I started with 97 $ and now I want to withdraw the whole 937$ i have after some wins for test if really gives the wins before going on with it.

For correctness I should complete the previous post of Exness.
Beside its high correctness in trading conditions I also succeded in withdrawing the money I won. That´s not nothing!! ;)
The system is truly automatic: I hadn´t to wait a week for approval (that to be honest is the most dangerouse part of the trading process as a scam broker can refuse to give money back).
I just insert the infos on how to withdraw and the operationS were done.

Just one note: there is a stupid procedure for which in case you deposited from more than one source (credit card, alert pay, money booker) you can withdraw the money proportionally.
So I have lost a couple of hours fighting with this system to have my withdraws done. Some parameters are still not very clear.
Would be nice if Exness would explain here that strange procedure.
Anyhow is just a technical disturb. You can withdraw your wins after some insults to their server and may be one or two punch to the keybord.
No human interaction was needed at all excluded the help by a girl from Exness who explained how it works.
From the guy who introduced me I also take significant refunds from the spread I pay.

P.S. I am not involved in Exness business in any way and I am just a happy customer. YOu can see my older posts on other brokers I was not so sactisfied from to be sure of my objectivity.

First of all, I want to make you clear about automatic withdrawal. Withdrawal by e-currencies is processed automatically in 95% of the cases if you use the same pursue from which you have deposited. In other cases it is processed by financial department in few hours but not more than 24 hours.

Your withdrawal can not be processed automatically because of the one or more of the following reasons:

- you deposited by several different payment systems,
- you have agent commission on your account,
- you have internal transfers on your account,
- you use pursue from which you have not deposited,
- your free margin is too low to process automatically (in the cases of having open orders).

In order to let the system withdraw automatically, you should use only 1 payment system for deposit and withdraw and only 1 pursue (account) for both deposits and withdrawals also.

As for requotes, offquotes, etc trading problems. We guarantee that all complains will be studied an replied by support department or chief dealer. Please, notice, that requotes and slippages can not be avoid completely when using instant execution. Our specialist are constantly working on decreasing of the number of cases of such issues.

As you have seen I have a very positive view on your service, but what you are saying about withdraw is not completely correct.

You say "automatic withdraw" can't be completed because I have commissions from other users, i received commissions back from who introduced me, and used more sources to deposit and so on. True and understandable.
The problem is that also normal withdraw can't be done "as you like".

As I clarified with your staff also for "manual managed withdraw" is necessary to
- calculate the percentage from each source
- proceed with withdraws from the last one to the first one.

I have been refused several times withdraws managed by humans, and I had to get crazy to calculate percentages and find out 2 years ago how I deposit money.

I want to make clear to who reads, that here the problem is not that Exness is not paying as at the end I succeded to withdraw my money, but that they have a sick system to manage withdraws in case you just have two sources of payment, or someone pays you back commissions or you receive them from someone else.
I lost a whole night to manage the withdraw... and that rules are simply stupid.

In my opinion Exness is a trustable broker with great conditions, but has to seriously review withdraw policy to avoid headaches its to customers.

As for those Clients (included You) who deposited by several means, I should say the following:

We know about this problem with percent calculation, that is why in the nearest future we will introduce new system of alerts by e-mail. It will be aimed to make this process easier.
When a withdrawal be rejected, a client will receive notification of the reason (or reasons) of withdrawal rejection.

If you need to withdraw by several systems, in that e-mail there will be percents of how a Client should withdraw.

We hope, that it will help to avoid all complains on the withdrawal issue.
