Exness - Nightmare and bad exp for me.

I've never shared password to anyone else. Please tell me how can i lost password? Exness do not have any protection method to protect Clients.
- No Bruteforce password protection.
- No Location detection.
......

Do not say Exness is trusted Broker. For my point of view. Exness was good but now alot of problem:
- Spread changed alot, trying to cheat users. When I asked Exness to clear everything, then they say SORRY and paid me back 1.100$ and Exness claimed to Technical Error and then make it keep happening. Now still pending my 40 orders for 2 weeks of process? Do it need much of time for this process?
- Trying to cut off client orders. And trying to refused it. My 16.000 gone with Exness.
- Exness said: Account Manager will call to me. And then NO ONE called to me. So funny of Exness.

Recommend: get away from Exness !!!!.

Clients' sensitive information is highly protected in Exness, where clients have personal area password, trading account password and verification code sent by SMS or Email (it depends on what security type client chose when registering) to verify transactions that are actually made by real owner of the account. Thus, in order to access a trading account password, one needs to have an access to Personal area and verification code sent to registered phone or email. Connecting to a trading account on trading platform cannot have Bruteforce password protection or others just like an email address has, but we do have preventative measures to protect our clients’ sensitive information.

Under any circumstances, Exness does not open trades for clients. Please note that in accordance with Exness Client Agreement (part D, clause 1.3), Orders are placed with the Company with the use of Access Data on the Trading Platform, through the Client’s compatible personal computer connected to the internet. The Company will be entitled to rely and act on any Order given by using the Access Data on the Trading Platform without any further enquiry to the Client and any such Orders will be binding upon the Client.

In other words, clients are responsible for keeping their sensitive information safe. The company does not bound to compensate losses due to orders opened from a different IP address, the company relies on clients taking full responsibility for the access to a trading account since the company have implemented preventative measure in place.

Regarding the compensation we have made, 127.51 USD has been credited to your trading account because the orders opened with slippage during high economic news, and there was a gap in prices. And, it has been decided to compensate 1036.97 USD for the trades based on opening price set, this is because slippages happened during high economic news again.

Our responsible specialist tried calling you on the day I have sent you an email to explain further on your concerns, however did not succeed.

For the GAP. Exness already paid me 1.100 for 18 and 24 Apr 2019 transaction and still now pending 40 orders on 07 May 2019, untill now is 3 weeks, Not response my email for 5 days.
And which phone number tried to call me? I didn't receive any call from Exness.

Clients are fully responsible for keeping their sensitive information safe. The process of accessing somebody else's trading account is not easy at all. As I have mentioned earlier, one needs to have an access to Personal area and verification code sent to registered phone or email in order to get your trading password. Trading password is created solely by clients, and never by the company. Under no circumstances, Exness opens trades for clients.

Unfortunately, we have not receive an email from you with the details of other orders.

Hi.

I'm here to discuss about my current case with Exness.

1. Exness cut off my orders?
I opened new Account at Exness under my IB link. I started trading from in 4/2019 with 8000$ balance. My Account was reached 25.000 balance and -20.000 Drawdown. At 27 Apr 2019, When i seat front of my PC and i saw my account has been cut off alot of running orders. Totally 16.000$ has been cut off.
It has been cut off without my knowledge. I tried to contact Exness support and 5 days later (long time) they gave me the answer that my orders has been cut off from 1 IP at Hong Kong (i'm in Viet Nam).
I didn't agree with them and i tried to research and i found out that IP from domain of fxtrading. Then they told me that might be my account has been leaked out.

First thing first, my PC has been secured by TrendMicro, I dont share any information to anyone. And cannot leaked out by that way. Now Exness refused to discuss about my case. ?

=> What will happened to my money? I think Exnexx tried to cut off my orders and refuse to talk.
By the way. In my Pc have totally 3-4 more account with bigger balance. 1 is 340.000$ in balance but in GKFXprime and no problem. Only Exness account has problem.

2. Exness bug or they want to cheat traders?
My favour trade when getting strong News. And i has bad experience with Exness.

- At 18 Apr 2019. When has strong News for Aud, I placed buy stop (4 lot) very near Low of Running candle. and almost orders distance only 1-2 pips (very small). When news happened, almost my orders has been pushed far away from old position. Mostly 50 points, time of actived order is 7-9second after beginning of candle. Meaning i can win alot of money but in face i lost $$$.
- At 24 Apr 2019. When strong News for CAD. The same i did with Aud and the same thing happened with my orders. 7 orders with 0.5 lot per one. Only 1 Orders can get 239$. Another 6 only 40-30$.
- Today the same for Aud News. My orders has been pushed far away again. and ofcouse, only new $ of winning instead of alot. I saw 1 of my orders reached 250$ but 1s later only 30$. Candle in lowest position.

And in fact, Exness already returned back money to me for orders from 18 and 24 Apr. They said that due to technical problem. So.......If they know it, why still keep it happening? Who will be loser by this way?


I'm so confused with Exness now. They do not want o talk more for case ? and keeping case 2 happening?

I am sure if you are good in computer stuff, it won't be so easy to get hacked. How could the hackers know your MT4 login ID and password both together?

This is sure to write off your profit as for the reason.

I just want to add that what is the reason for the broker to make such things? I see no reason cause technically now all logs can be traced. In my opinion this is all very strange
