I will continue here with all next details of this story, ending by the REAL losses caused by Exness behaviour. At this point trading was disabled on USD/LTL, but no loss occured.

On september 21, while waiting for this email, I tried to open and close MANUALLY orders on USD/LTL pair from my VPS where the EA was running, which triggered the same error messages. The sept 21 (VPS) log shows me trying manually between 5:48 and 5:55 on my VPS:
Attempts to open a 0.01 lot manually on USD/LTL pair returned a [Trade is disabled] error
An attempt to open a 0.01 lot manually on EUR/USD pair succeeded, and I was able to modify the TakeProfit of the order. Problem was only on USD/LTL pair.
When I tried manually to change TakeProfit of an USD/LTL trade, I had an [Off Quotes] error, whatever value I tried to enter.

I received an email from Exness on sept 23 2012. I won't comment, just let you read it by yourself. After this we exhanged a few emails that you will find below, then a new chat conversation that you will find too, and at the end, the 2 trades close from Exness which caused the first loss, and the close of the other trades causing the next loss.

After this email (and the next, which will follow) received from Exness, you can see that I tried again on sept 24 and 25. I tried to open BUY orders too as I only tried to open a SELL orders since the problem occured. Always [Trade is disabled] when trying to open a trade and [Off Quotes] when trying to close or modify SL or TP on USD/LTL pair. On september 25, I tried again to open and then close a EUR/USD trade, and this was working. So again, made sure that the problem was on USD/LTL pair.

You already know that issue wasn't solved (It just became far worse after), and as promised, I'm currently posting the story in as many forex forums as I can, and you are reading all the evidences here on FPA... I hope again to reach an agreement. If not, FDR and NZ court if needed will be next steps.

As written too, beetween sept 25 and sept 28, I put in place an EA that tried to close 0.01 lot of an USD/LTL order EVERY SINGLE second, 24H a day.
