Discuss is for general discussions of a financial company or issues related to companies.

Info is for things like "Has anyone heard of Company X?" or "Is Company X legit or not?"

Compare is for things like "Which of these 2 (or more) companies is best?"

Searching is for things like "Help me pick a broker" or "What's the best VPS out there for trading?"

Problem is for reporting an issue with a company. Please don't just scream "CompanyX is a scam!" It is much more useful to say "I can't withdraw my money from Company X" or "Company Y is not honoring their refund guarantee" in the subject line.
Keep Problem discussions civil and lay out the facts of your case. Your goal should be to get your problem resolved or reported to the regulators, not to see how many insults you can put into the thread.

    More info coming soon.

You may probably be wondering why this thread name. You may also be asking what does the notorious Greymountain Management Group have to do with scam-but-regulated Maxiflex Ltd? Short answer is - shared 3rd party, a boiler room. For long answer, you'll have to read the thread.

First in short about mentioned brands, their reputation, regulator's warnings, bans and mandatory wrap-ups/license revocation. None of the names are any good in this business, only bad reputation precedes them, see for your selves: Starling Capital, Stern Options, Lionexo, Lionexo Canadian FCAAS, Bloombex-Options, EuropeFX, Maxiflex/Maxigrid/Dualix , Maxi-ASIC ban, Post-Brexit FCA wakes up! Maxigrid threatens FPA and probably much more. Bad actors.

Starling Capital, Lion Exo, Stern Options,Morton Finance,Bloombex-options and God knows who else, are collectively known under the generic term Bloombex Brokers. We didn't invent this name. The US SEC did, as a Plaintiff (the prosecuting party) in court case number 2:19-cv-08334, with the US District Court, California, USA, please read this link SEC, or a full version of the court suit, here link . Bottom line, scammers used illegal call centers to scam USA citizens big-time (over 100 mn usd) between October 2014 to August 2017 (the 'relevant period' pls remember it). Illegal call center details, per Plaintiff, include the boiler room locations in Israel and Germany and the FBI, DOJ, and SEC mean business when it comes to targeting and defrauding US citizens (think Yukom Communications, Lee Elbaz 20 years jail time, Yossi Herzog). So, two countries facilitated call centers, right? Almost exactly as FPA guest comment from long ago, 2017 (link). Almost ;)...

So, per this guy, the US SEC as Plaintiff is short of one more boiler room, for the time being unknown to the public? Let's see if we can help.

Meet yet another thriving and successful BPO/call center, since 2014, Silver Bell Group (link, link, link, link). Location Belgrade, Serbia. Company name, actually several companies under one group name: Silver Bell Group DOO, Silver Bell Capital DOO, Silver Bell Consulting DOO (defunct), Silver Bell System DOO (former MillenialsHR doo, est. 2017), Silver Trust Consulting Pty. Some companies are dissolved, some operate normally, same people are behind, one above all: Mr Marko Dubocanin, LinkedIn: link. Except for SB Capital, where he holds 34% stake, the rest is 100% ownership. Pretty resourceful guy, UK graduate, licensed in both UK and Cyprus, well educated and with good sense for opportunities, as well as regional contacts. The word is every scam operator coming to the market knows about Silver Bell and is happy to engage them to sell a scam brand. Apparently they are very good at it. After a fall out with Greek/Cypriot partner Mr Dimitros Kostalas (link) over Silver Bell Capital DOO who held 33%, while remaining 33% were with Mr Dubocanin's friend and former colleague from CY based Atlas Capital Financial Services Ltd, Mr Andrija Knezevic, a Montenegrin citizen, Mr Dubocanin is said to push his business and tries to expand to more areas. Scam, regulated, different outsourcing deals outside Forex (e.g. Malta Gaming Fair, iFX Expo CY), no matter - every business is a good business, right? The BPO had and always has a lot of job posts for agents with English, Russian, Italian, Turkish, Arabic, Spanish, French, etc. Constant demand. Probably also exports workforce to Cyprus or somewhere else. Business must not stop.

Btw, both Marko and Andrija were employed in Atlas Capital Financial Services Ltd (Marko being the Director in Cyprus), which is also a known name, with proven bad reputation: link, now t/a atlaseforex-no license, FCA revocation, related news, CySEC decision. To remind the readers also that Atlas was a part of Atlas Group, which in turn was the owner of collapsed Montenegrin Atlas Bank of Dusko Knezevic (unknown relation to Andrija), who fled to UK to avoid arrest, blaming the Montenegrin government for staging the fall. We will add here that a lot of scam brands had their companies as Atlas Bank clients and it was a sort of PSP intermediary for money laundering, in the amount of some 500 million eur (the reason of bank collapsing). Respective investigations are ongoing for now and it has become a regional political issue as well.

Silver Bell is essentially a rent-a-boiler room, massively staffed and displaces on several locations. Each team handles one brand. How do we know that? Well, we were told by our local sources, but that would not be enough. Just a hear-say. So, a big thanks to Silver Bell unsuspecting agents and their open advertising of what they do or did. Go LinkedIn!
Note: this just proves our point that certain number of boiler room agents do not even realize that what they do is illegal and that they are actually committing a crime as co-conspirators or facilitators. Often those young people are told that everything is legit. And they buy it. Off course, some know well it's not the truth. Those would be the most prominent Retention or even some longstanding Conversion agents, in business for years, as well as team leaders and management. For them, there is no excuse.

What we stated above is again fact based and in line with our findings over a long period of time. Any interested party can find their way through registrars and check companies names and delegated people, we shall not bother with that here now. It's public, permanently recorded and easy to find.

We draw the attention to the actual detail at the beginning of this thread - US Court case against Bloombex Brokers, scam time frame...remember? Crosschecked against presented info, we think someone should call the SEC - we found the 3rd boiler room!

So, SEC - do something about it.

Actually, seems USA is ramping up pressure on any cyber-crime hot-spots targeting US citizens:
Maybe someone emails Mike Pompeo as well ... :)

A bit more on the thread subject, no mention of additional call center...

And an ongoing trial in Israel, one of many...

UPDATE: Going onward with the original subject, this part in particular:

Mr Andrija Knezevic holds another boiler room since 2018, part of this network:

Wonder what CNMV would say to this... report link.

Interesting read on the subject and other issues, using Maxiflex/Maxigrid and EuropeFX as examples:

The WorkaNova doo boiler room, as part of Silver Bell Scam Group has quite developed its 'work':
www.workanova.com - MT4, MT5, CTrader, Microsoft Dynamics (CRM often used in scam forex call centers). Mett the team: https://www.workanova.com/our-team/

has a different LinkedIn profile nowadays:

while some others obviously try to run away from their past:
