FAPTURBO EVOLUTION: Would not honor their refund guarantee and strung me along!

I was not very excited about the returns from my Fapturbo Evolution trial, which I paid $599 for on July 14th, 2008, so I asked for a refund according to their refund policy which was 60 days.

The following is what happened, basically I was strung along past the 60 days (and Paypal's 45 days) after making multiple requests for refund within the 60 days, and then I was told I hadn't made a request for refund within the 60 days!!! Rediculous!!! ... I am now pursing other actions. I warned them that I would post this here if they didn't honor their refund, so here it is... judge for yourselves. Personally, I will never buy a thing from the FAPTURBO crew again, and suggest you do the same. I have more going on in my life than just Forex and don't have time for this crooked crap.

I have personally received your refund request and quite frankly I am
puzzled. Why would you purchase something to simply request refund?
Would it not be more prudent to use the various means of support to
get your new FAPT Evolution trading profitably?
I must caution you on submitting refunds through Click Bank because
once you refund we get notice immediately and your FAPT Evolution will
be deactivated instantly and you will not have an opportunity to
purchase a new license again.
Plus as of today July 15th-09 we are SOLD OUT. We sold the limited copies.
So shall we get you started making YOU insane amounts of money? How

I traded for 2 weeks on a dukoscopy trial account and went up $900 the first week then lost $700 the second week on a $10k account. From forexpeacearmy.com it appears that your product is turning about 10% per week on average over 3 weeks. I have not seen any longer term results and I have found a system that I like much better and gets much better returns. I also do not have $10k anymore to commit to Dukoscopy. Please refund my purchase per your guarantee. That is my final decision.

We’ll refund you if you wish, but just one note:
There could be a few possible reasons:
1. First of all please carefully check all the setup steps according
to the FAPTURBO Evolution GUIDE.
2. Adjust the pairs which you trade. Perhaps you should only trade one pair?
3. Check your lot size and fully understand your risk. Use Lot
Calculator in members area.
4. Please note that when trading with any forex strategy you should
take into account that your goal is to make a profit long term. You
should check your results monthly or quarterly, not every day or every
week. The idea here is to make you a profit over a long term! So have
patience and you will see how well it works! You will have losses.. No
system in the world can prevent you from never having a loss.
5. Visit donnaforex.com and subscribe to Donnas weekly
setting recommendations.

I am sorry, but I purchased your Fapturbo Evolution on July 14th and requested a refund on August 8th. That is less than 60 days. I must say I am extremely displeased with your dishonesty about your product and your return process. You have been stalling this whole time while I have been asking for my refund over and over again. Now process my refund or I will be forced to post this whole charade on public websites and consider you scammers. You have until Tuesday. Below is my original Paypal invoice from ClickBank showing the proof and Clickbank#.

Hi dlion32,

Did you request the refund directly through ClickBank? That's the way to do it, as they'll generally process the refund within 1-2 days.

I've never had an issue going through Clickbank directly. They have always refunded promptly. It takes 1 minute to put in the refund request online.

I never, ever request a Clickbank refund through the vendor or an affiliate because they generally stall until the ClickBank refund window expires.

If you haven't contacted Clickbank directly, I would do so, and explain the situation and forward the emails that showed you requested a refund before the refund period expired.

I'll second SMFX's advice. If you REALLY want a refund with a clickbank product (and aren't just yelling "refund" in order to try to get more support from the vendor), go directly to ClickBank. Anything else is a waste of time and effort.

Thanks guys. I've talked to Paypal and my bank so far... I'll try ClickBank and see what they say. It has been 5 months. Hopefully someone can do something about it still.
