This looks like a straightforward error to me. Do other timeframe charts show the same opening price?

Contact them. Send those same screenshots. See if they'll fix the problem. If they won't, invite them to join this discussion thread.

FBS is thief.

FYI, the problem of Hafizuddin Ali was solved in April 2013, when he wrote a claim to FBS Customer Service. Our expertis gave him a detailed explanation of the situation:
The opening price specified by the trader order 9203908 has been changed and is different from the level of the price that he set when placed pending order due to the fact that at the moment the market opened at 00:00 on April 15, 2013 there was a gap and the order opened at a price that had place on market after a gap, and in this case by 128.58. It is possible to find this on the chart window (currency pair EUR / JPY), for that you need to go to the period of closing order (00:00 April 15, 2013) on the chart window.

Before making such a claim, could you please provide some facts that will prove that.
