I do not understand why can be changed , as if I do not make trades from 12:39 pm until 16:12 pm

I have a complaint with their customer service. They ask to me for send email to support, but until now they did not reply to my email. They suggest to me for waiting reply theirs email. Why they hostile to trader profit consistent?

I've invited them, but they told me to wait. I was given a maximum of 10 days to be patient waiting for a reply to their emails. They say because of interference server and should resolve this issue as soon as possible..

Looks like they excuse not to pay. They ask for proof of my transactions are in mt4, whereas I only had a statement. They do not want to come here because they say it is not an official web FBS. Please Help me!

FBS cancel my profit due to a server error, FBS said their server is delayed by the time I make a trade. I just want my profit is back. When I lose, they do not return it, and when I profit, they cancel my profit. Please help me. Just FPA can help me.
