It was profibbited to receive more than one bonus to different trading account with the same IP address or the same computer from the very beginning of 60% Bonus. At first we checked the bonus accounts manually, but on August 4h we launched an automated bonus system with an updated conditions.
Magdysoliman, registered his 362525 trading account on August 13 and received 60% bonus.

if you can check my deposit was on 13.08.2014 07:36 bonus added manually on 13.08.2014 13.46 so till this time at 13.08.2014 you didn't change the conitions and was working with in the old terms and conditions
this rule is not from the begining of the bonus promotion also i faced this rule for the 1st time when you removed all my balance !

It is not possible to make a screeshot from a past, I could provide you the list of conditions that were valid on August 13, if it's required. I provided enough information to prove that the trader had abused the bonus conditions, but the trader changes his arguments: first he told us about some friend, then he told us about his son, than it was trading conditions, and now he told us that his bonus was added manually, while we had launched an automated system since August 4.
The fact is that the trader violated the bonus conditions, because it was prohibbited from the very beginning to receive more than one bonus to different accounts with the same IP or computer. And I provided you the sceenshot to prove the fact of violation.

I am waiting for FBS prove that they didn't change the rules as i am sure they changed it after i traded without noticing us now they removed the 60% bonus condition from their site
also I want to pay your attention that FBS cancelled my bonus upon profit withdrawal at 27-08-2014 9:42
at 27-08-2014 14:13 so it is now far 7 hours from profits withdrawal and bonus cancelation please note that in this time I was trading with my original balance and have 300$ profits for my open trades
it means account didn't now contain any bonuses so now no issue regarding the bonus !
also I am wondering why FBS didn't took actions on 13-08-2014 when account have a bonus?! was they waiting me to loss ?!! and then oh... big silence or in this case they was tending to give me my loss ?!!!!

Since August 4 automated system was launched, but the bonus crediting was not immidiate, traders added the bonus from their Personal area by clicking the button. So, they could do it right after they made a deposit, in a few hours or in a few days after it. Before we launched an automated system traders had had to write a request to bonus@fbs.com, our specialists had processed those requests and added the bonus manually.
You can compare an automated and manual bonus crediting in the journal.

As I already mentioned, it was prohibbited from the very beginning of 60% Air Bug promotion to receive and trade more than one bonus to different accounts with the same IP or computer. Since August 4 we updated bonus conditions with the rule:
Should a client log in a trading platform with a bonus trading account on the same device that has been used for trading on bonus accounts of other clients, and at the same time profit from trading on any of these account is detected, the company has the right to consider this as a major violation of the promotion conditions (Bonus cannot be credited again in case since the last bonus crediting there is some profit received from trading) and to close currently open orders, remove bonus and all the profit completely as well as close client's trading account and dissolve an agreement with him/her unilaterally. Initial deposit in such a case will be returned to the client's personal bank account.

You can see from the screenshot attached that magdysoliman (362525) loged in the same computer with 3 trading accounts, that received bonus 60% from FBS which was completely prohibbited by the bonus conditions. When he received the bonus he agreed to those conditions and had to follow them strictly.

In order to prove that 357319 and 343162 trading accounts also received 60% Bonus, I've attached the screenshots below.

Dear magdysoliman, our system worked as follow: a trader sent a request to withdraw his funds from bonus account, our Financial department sent a request to IT Department to check the bonus trading account if there were any violations. As you withdrawn you initial deposit our Financial Department accepted your request immidiately, because a trader could always withdraw his initial deposit even if there was any fact of violation. After our It department finished the check, they noticed the fact of violation and cancelled profit from your bonus account due to Bonus terms and conditions, because you had abused the rules by loging in the same computer with several bonus accounts.

60% Air Bug promotion has been closed since September 24. We removed all information about the bonus, because now traders receive 100% deposit bonus.
