Fig Fx wouldn´t pay my Gain.

We regret to inform you that your trading account 308951 has been temporarily banned from accessing our servers due to a huge amount of cancelled/arbitrage trades from an illegal EA received recently from your trading terminal.
Attached is a screenshot showing the intervals and patterns of your used arbitrage expert adviser.
We will nullify the involved trades, and refund you your invested capital within 7 business days.

This was the first mail from Fig Solutions. Fig Closed my account, but I don´t use forbitten EA´s.

So I don´t use illegal EA´s, and in the daily statement I see one sentence:

" Please report to us within 24 hours if the statement is incorrect. Otherwise this statement wil be considered to be confirm by you."

Is this sentence only for me?

I made a profit of 1 399.83$, and i will have it. I have done nothing wrong. I send a few email to fig FX, but I have no answers. A broker earn money, if i made profit, because my trades will be go on. But they would like to steal my gain. Here in Germany it´s criminal. I know the civil Law in the Seychelles, are the same as the civil code in France. And in France it´s forbitten to steal money. I contacted the Seychelles International Business Authority.

You seem to know exactly what you are talking about, so there is no need going into minor details directly.

This is the type of case I love to solve actually, as it is pretty straightforward.

A) You claim, you did not use any forbidden EA's.
B) We claim you did.

>> We closed your account, based on the evidence we have of using those EA's exactly as described in our scalping policies, and account termination paragraph in the terms of service. Of course, by that same paragraph, you got a full refund of your invested capital. You're out and we're done.

As for whoever you send your reports and claims to, I wish you luck.
