    Keep Problem discussions civil and lay out the facts of your case. Your goal should be to get your problem resolved or reported to the regulators, not to see how many insults you can put into the thread.

Problem FIGfx refuse to pay my profitmoney

I am having an issue with a company
FIGFX is scam

yesterday when they closed my account i try to open another account as this is in there terms that we can have multiple accounts
what they did is blocked my ip address and closed those account
and when i ask by adding ticket in there help what they reply
....
1- Yes, you can open multiple accounts. Your IP was blocked automatically because you opened too many accounts in a little time.
The block is automatic for an hour, it must be open now.


I ask them i want to open another account what they reply


2- I do not recommend you opening another account with us because we blacklist all accounts that are banned once.
This means that once you open a new account, it will be placed in a special monitored group under 24 hours observation. Of course, any minimal violation of anything in our terms of service agreement will get the new account banned as well. For your information, the screened accounts are removed from this special list after 45 days and returned to the "good/not blacklisted" accounts pool.

I am asking this because earlier i upload documents but i receive reply that they are too old and i should upload the new ones no more then 45 days old
that what is did according to instructions but since then i not receive any reply that these new documents i uploaded are verified or not
this was the main thing i was waiting for that i will receive a reply from you that documents are approved :)

I am very sorry, they do the same to everyone. You stop talking to them and go to police, it is the best option in my opinion. After you find out who they really are, you can sue them. I may do the same. You can't fight to a ghost... they don't use real names.

Customer Service Agreement

I attached the Customer Service Agreement signed for opening the account. I think it is the most important part in this story. Because it shows their "good" intentions comparing to that: FigFX Brokers | Terms of Service | Customer Agreement The very rude way that this "Javier" is talking to clients it is just an additional aspect that could count in a trial. I also want to tell you that they might be from Malaysia because of that >> http://www.figfxmalaysia.com I also contacted the Malaysia police too. Anyway, their Customer Service Agreement has many bad clauses that would not stay in court in United States of America law or european law. I can assure you for that.

That there is a " figmalaysia " means nothing. Figfx has IB partners. They are only introductory brokers who refer their client base to Fig for a commission.

Companies like Fig are very careful and sophisticated when they plan their corporate structure. For example, their address in the Seychelles would only lead you to their " compliance agent " there...just a specialist ( generally a lawyer ) in offshore entities. That compliance agent is Intershore Consult. You can call them at +248 289206, but they will only laugh in your face. Look at their website at intershore.com if you want to understand their service.

The fax number in UK or the calling center in North America mean nothing either. All you can know about their location for their operations is that their office hours use CET: Central European Time. That s not much....

I see... Anyway, I made a complaint to FBI and I am waiting for their answer. I lost just a few dollars but it is a very strange case in my opinion. Bill from FPA said that this Javier wants to talk to me via email, but I blocked Javier's adress from the start. I have nothing to talk to him via email. If he is a serious person he should call me, he has my mobile phone, if not... he is a scam for sure. If he is afraid to call me it means he is afraid of police to locate him. And this Javier didn't called me. If he feels that he owes me something he could send the money to my VISA card, but I received no money. I must tell you that I wrote to Delaware authorities,too, but no answer yet. My police wasn't able to locate him. I don't think this firm really exists, but we'll see. That's all for now.
 
I really like the way Ana is pursuing the matter for such a modest amount. I think I will nominate her for the FPA " recruit of the month " award....
