Discuss is for general discussions of a financial company or issues related to companies.

Info is for things like "Has anyone heard of Company X?" or "Is Company X legit or not?"

Compare is for things like "Which of these 2 (or more) companies is best?"

Searching is for things like "Help me pick a broker" or "What's the best VPS out there for trading?"

Problem is for reporting an issue with a company. Please don't just scream "CompanyX is a scam!" It is much more useful to say "I can't withdraw my money from Company X" or "Company Y is not honoring their refund guarantee" in the subject line.
Keep Problem discussions civil and lay out the facts of your case. Your goal should be to get your problem resolved or reported to the regulators, not to see how many insults you can put into the thread.

    More info coming soon.

I have recently come across the notorious James Gillinghams new business venture.

After his debacles with Jagero Ltd, FX World Managed Account Ltd and Choice Invest ltd (binary options) he has fled the British Authorities and is pretending to be some sort of crypto currency expert based in Singapore.

He has put together a website purporting to be a crypto currency price aggregating platform where early investors in their token sale can reap the rewards of profiting from crypto currency arbitrage opportunities on their Finxflo trading platform.

I would advise anyone considering this investment "opportunity" to be extremely vigilant as the City of London Police are looking to talk to James Gillinghams with regards to multiple fraud investigations in the UK.

Thanks for the information and awareness mate :)

Yes anyone considering investing in the Finxflo ICO needs to do some serious due diligence regarding the people involved in Finxflo. James Gillingham is very well known to the City of London Police. I understand that they have contacted Interpol.

James Gillingham featured in a BBC Crimewatch online episode in 2019 where the police said that they are looking to talk to him regarding multiple frauds in the UK where he was using the aliases Charles Bardswell and Charles Hollingsworth and is thought to of fled the UK.

The City of London Police have contacted me personally regarding James Gillingham to thank me for the information about his whereabouts and that they would be contacting Interpol.

This is a police matter and a serious one at that.

James Gillingham was the commercial director of FX World Managed Account Ltd. A Ponzi scheme in the City of London that offered clients five percent per month "fixed" that went into liquidation in 2015 prior to James Gillingham fleeing the UK.

Clearly Gillingham is attracted to the capital raising opportunities of initial coin offerings but I seriously doubt any investors will ever get access to their capital again.

Buyer beware. Management is key to any successful investment in new ventures and you have to ask yourself if you want to invest with a fugitive and pathological liar.

Beware James Gillingham.

I advise anyone reading this thread to Google James Gillingham FX World and click on Google images.

You will see a photo of the professional boxer Kell Brook and James Gillingham with FX World in the background.

Matchroom Boxing foolishly agreed to be sponsored by FX World of which James Gillingham was the commercial director.

FX World Managed Account Ltd were offering client a fixed return of five percent per month.

A classic Ponzi scheme technique. Bernie Madoff only offered his clients one percent per month.

Now Gillingham thinks that he can fool investors with offering them better prices than binance and coinbase etc similar to how fraudsters offer discounts on stocks to sucker people into investing with them.

Very sad.

I suspect that the authorities will be contacting James Gilliingham.......Real soon.

Everything in the above post is a lie, I will not even address it. Baseless, unfounded + untrue. Total lie.

Neither I nor Finxflo will be engaging anymore on this thread.

James Gilliingham Ladies and Gentleman. Commercial Director of FX World Managed Account Ltd back in 2015 alongside Professional Boxer Kell Brook at one of Matchroom Boxings events.

Shortly prior to the City of London Police raiding FX Worlds offices and James Gilliingham fleeing abroad to try and escape and evade fraud charges.
