Problem For the Second time Exness cheated on me !!! Please HELP !!!!

I am having an issue with a company
Exness spread generally is not as before, it is more often to widen the spread too much even in major pairs it can reach up to 35 pips or more in mini or ECN accounts

and when the spread is OK you may find "off quotes" and "invalid price" so you can't get advantage from the spread in opening or closing or even modifying your orders !

widening of the spread can happen when the market moves for 3 pips so it can't hit your TP but may be your SL

They still have good average spread in normal market conditions + some other advantages
 
if you check my orders you will see that i had hedge positions for safty ! and if you check it you will see that if they didnt cheat i could make very big profit ! Its so obvious that they stole my money ! shame on this broker ! :mad:

Dear Gioteen,

Your orders were closed due to stop out at 21:01 on 20.05.2013, by that time your positions weren`t locked fully. You can check in Metatrader terminal history by yourself, that stop out was executed without mistakes. In the Comment column of the Terminal window you can check all the main account parameters at the moment of stop out.

For the next examination of situation we ask you to provide facts, which can declare, that at this moment of time spread didn`t correspond to the current trading conditions.
 
If you widen the spreads as much as you want for sure there is no mistake at all ! at that time there were no news or high volatility in the market ! that very big spreads are not correct !
you believed that all of the spreads were less than 10 on that time !butI could prove that it was much bigger than 10 ! but it doesnt change anything !!! In the begining you accepted to do something but later you changed your mind because you saw that my account is in a big profit and its not good for you to reopen my positions !

I personally wasted almost half an hour yesterday on live chat with Exness. My question was simple. What was the maximum spread on the EURGBP for the month of May.

The "helpful" livechat agent first pointed me to the page with the average spreads. I explained to her that those were the average spreads and I just wanted the max spread for the month.

She told me that spreads varied. I agreed and asked for the max for the month.

She told me there was no maximum. I explained that I fully understood that there was no fixed maximum, but that there was indeed a widest spread during the month of May.

After going around in circles a few more times, she told me to look it up in my MT4 terminal. For some reason, she was incapable of doing this.

Since I don't have an Exness account, this wasn't possible. Yes, I could open a demo, but that would be a different server with different spreads.

For the next examination of situation we ask you to provide facts, which can declare, that at this moment of time spread didn`t correspond to the current trading conditions.

HELLO EXNESS REP! You undoubtedly know what server Gioteen is on. Please tell me what the maximum spread on the EURGBP was during the month of May.

I am asking you for facts. Are you capable of providing them or should I re-examine my opinion of how honest Exness is being on this issue.

Taking into consideration the load of our equipment, we don`t storage all quotes history for all instruments more than 3 days (we keep for a long time only information about quotes, which belongs to clients trading operations). Correspondingly we don`t have an opportunity to provide you with the information about maximum value of spread for EURGBP currency pair for the last month.

I accept that spreads can be widen in changing the trading sessions ! but how much !! you said you dont have an opportunity to provide us information for last month ! could you give us the history of the spreads for three days ? as there were no news on that time and the only reason was changing the trading session we can compare it easily !

It is fair to say your virtual dealer settings are too harsh? I think this is where your problem is- you expect people to accept it.
If your rep Pavel Kulakov said the max spread was 10 and you are refusing to reveal this information and we are on this thread arguing over a month so my conclusion is that you are just making just excuses.
Can't you settle this issue with Gioteen? making this thread popular is making you popular and for the wrong reasons. It just making you more and more damage.
As things are being more and more clear- Gioteen is right here.

I only had to restate the quetion about 5 or 6 times to get your agent to stop parroting some sort of canned script. The responses looked more like they were coming from a support chat bot scanning for keywords than from a human who could read.

I have 4 questions:

1. So the client is supposed to have this in his own MT4 terminal, yet Exness doesn't keep one copy of the terminal running for each of your MT4 servers to collect critical data?!?

2. What would you do if a major client had a dispute involving a few million dollars and your only legal defense would be to show the data you provided to the client from a couple of weeks ago?

3. How about those central bank rate spreads that you told Gioteen to check? Can you provide a link to where those can be viewed, or was that just a bluff to waste time?

4. If one of your agents really told Gioteen that the spread never exceeds 10, that would place the burden back onto Exness. Did an agent really say that?
