I was prompted to have a look at ForexConductor as a result of the current FPA test:

They responded to my first email promptly and politely:
Hi,
Thank you for contacting us.
You can change the lot size and pip deviation. Pip deviation is set at 10 pips, so if a trade is sent to you at a specified price and your broker's price is above 10 pips, it will not execute.
It is important that your MT4 be running when the markets are open as a trade may execute anytime. If your system happens to go down and resumes, the trade will resume being managed. If it was closed while you system was down, it will automatically close the position when the system restarts.
