I opened an account with this broker in 2010 when I signed up for a managed account service. The account manager recommended them and I followed his advice.

Things didn't work out well with the managed account and on 20 Mar 2012 I requested withdrawal of the funds in the account. Despite many follow up emails, I have not received the money or any credible information about when/if it will paid.
It is now 6 weeks since my original withdrawal request.

Do not send money to this broker!

Go ahead and leave them a 1 star review. Then let them know about the review and this thread. Let them know you'll be informing everyone if you get paid the money they owe you and will be leaving a lot more complaints if you don't.
