That's a major disruption I know. I would gladly share with you technical details about it, however, I'm not an administrator in this case, so what I'm doing is to make sure that there is always a dedicated person to work on it. Unfortunately by the nature of the problem I don't have an ETA yet, but I keep pushing. Thanks for your understanding.
