No bulls lurking around in my book. November and the week closed lower, 1.1322 (London close time). There is a good chance the lows will be tested next week.
The highest weekly close during November was 1.1404, Not even touching it during this week bull run, was an early sign of a fake run.
This is how I interpret current PA but things can change. Who knows what's coming out from the ongoing G20 meeting...
