Discuss is for general discussions of a financial company or issues related to companies.

Info is for things like "Has anyone heard of Company X?" or "Is Company X legit or not?"

Compare is for things like "Which of these 2 (or more) companies is best?"

Searching is for things like "Help me pick a broker" or "What's the best VPS out there for trading?"

Problem is for reporting an issue with a company. Please don't just scream "CompanyX is a scam!" It is much more useful to say "I can't withdraw my money from Company X" or "Company Y is not honoring their refund guarantee" in the subject line.
Keep Problem discussions civil and lay out the facts of your case. Your goal should be to get your problem resolved or reported to the regulators, not to see how many insults you can put into the thread.

    More info coming soon.

Forex Robot World Cup FRWC; Was it REAL

One more note. If you demo traded Fusion for 1 month, it's 20 trading days because you don't trade on Saturday and Sunday. So eventually you will never be able to get 30 trading days on FXCM demo. Be aware guys.

Today I went to their website and found there is a new section under EA Lab. It seems that they are trying to optimize settings to improve results. In my opinion, if they are a mere theft, they wouldn't do such optimization.

Their statements below were actually laughable.
---
In our opinion, it is far safer to turn off the automatic Money Management feature and set a fixed lot size of 0.01 per $1,000 of available equity.

Unfortunately, most new traders don't understand the risks associated with Forex trading.
---

It was them that have initially shown us such exaggerated results by doing such "most new traders' lot setting" as exactly described in the above statements, and made us believe like it was a trustworthy results. So I would say "Unfortunately, FRWC didn't understand the risks associated with Forex trading when showing their prospects."

But anyway, I would like to stand on the constructive side and wait a little more to see what they can offer before I insist a refund. They probably won't make us rich overnight, but if they can make it a little better and give some realistic and sustainable prospects, then I think it still is a good deal. I'm not sure if I'm too optimistic or not, but we'll see.

I need a 30 day demo account with FRWC

If you want to get a refund from FRWC, you need a statement of 30 days trading, but be aware. If you demo traded on their recommended FXCM demo account, it expires in 30 days. Get a demo statement from Alpari that never expires unless there's no activity in 30 days because we don't want stupid conflict against them regarding if the statement covers 30 days or slightly less.

Does anyone have a 30 day demo account. Please share it. The gurantee does not say it has to be done by you. PLeas email msteve@tpg.com.au. Thank you

I agree. I laugh at this. I tried to be constructive and salvage hope for this product. As of now, that hope is gone. The new HiRIDER Advanced seems more like a stall tactic, not them trying to provide us with a higher level of service. If the original HiRIDER did as it was advertised, we'd all be sipping frothy beverages on the beach right now, discussing how our future children or grandchildren can now have the opportunities we never had. Oh wait... that's not reality. Neither is what FRWC claims.

For the record... I installed the bots and have run the default settings. I even sent in screenshots of them and got confirmation that I was set up right. I even tried the updated settings they posted to improve performance. My demo account still lost money. My $97 EA (on a live account) has outperformed the Fusion on a demo account.

I just want my refund yet they refuse. Any other EA you buy online will refund you no questions, no hassles. They also use ClickBank instead of Plimus. Maybe this is our first warning. I've contacted Plimus for a refund after being refused over and over from FRWC. I suspect that they are in on this scam as they have hindered the process. But if it appears I am wrong on this, and they refund me, I will make sure to set the record straight. As of right now, I'm skeptical.

Haha. I got an email saying that FRWC is open for 24hrs or for the first 50 people who want to buy the product. So many people requested refunds that they reopened their doors. After getting my refund, they told me if I ever wanted to come back, they'd be happy to have me back. I feel fortunate to have received my money back. ...Just one more lesson learned in the Forex world. I'm just lucky it wasn't as expensive as it could have been.

Stay away from HiRider Advanced

This horrible EA sat dormant for weeks on my account. Then one morning I woke up to find that it had been trading and had just lost me several thousand dollars! For God's sake stay away from this awful piece of crap!

This whole FRWC scam was the final confirmation I needed concerning EAs: there is no such thing as a profitable EA. All the chart patterns, candle sticks, RSIs and fibonacci levels in the world will never fully take the place of fundamental analysis. No amount of technical analysis (automated or not) will save you if your long position on EURUSD gets crushed when a pessimistic news release suddenly comes out on Greece.

I tried the HiRider on demo and real accounts with conservative settings. I did not loose much but the fact is that I lost money. I then requested a refund. Their first answer was trying to convince me to "stay on board", so I sent another message indicating my reasons to proceed with the refund. After that I received an email from Plimuls indicating that they had processed the refund. That was 10 days ago but so far my card has not been credited.
Since I still had not received the refund after 5 days I raised a ticket with plimus and they indicated that I should wait about 10 business days, so I´m still waiting for the refund.
I hope that on next competition they create more stringent rules.

Best to all.

i had fusion on test since it came out. yesterday it MC my account... fortunately, it was a demo, and EG is the pair responsible
